Changsha Meixi Lake Poly Theater Management Co., Ltd. was established in April 2017 and is affiliated to Beijing Poly Theater Management Co., Ltd., responsible for the operation and management of the Grand Theater of Changsha Meixi Lake International Culture and Art Center.

 

Meixi Lake International Culture and Art Center is a key cultural industry project built in Meixi Lake International New City by Meixi Lake Investment (Changsha) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiangjiang Group. Meixi Lake International Culture and Art Center is positioned as the largest, most comprehensive, nationally leading and world-class international cultural and artistic center in the central region. It is hosted by Zaha Hadid, who won the highest award in the world of architecture-the Pritzker Architecture Prize. The lady is in charge of the design, with a total investment of about 2.76 billion yuan, a total construction area of about 125,000 square meters, and an area of about 100,000 square meters. It mainly includes a 1,800-seat large theater, a 500-seat multi-functional small theater, a cultural art gallery, and rehearsals. It is composed of main functional rooms such as hall, dressing room and piano room. The theater focuses on high-end artistic performances such as domestic and foreign opera, dance, musical, drama, ballet, and symphony.
